Silver Satsuma is a trading division of My Clever House Ltd based in Roundhay, Leeds. The ecommerce website was built using Actinic Business v9 which provides the shopping cart and online ordering facilities. It also uses a combination of the latest JavaScript technologies to create a dynamic interactive menu, a countdown to free delivery timer and pop-up videos and picture galleries (using ShadowBox).

The ordering system is entirely automated. Using sophisticated technology, orders are downloaded from the website every hour and are automatically sent to the relevant suppliers to be drop-shipped direct to the customer. Silver Satsuma have a helpdesk staffed by trained individuals during office hours to assist with any customer enquiries.

Silver Satsuma provide Sonos, Opus, Monitor Audio Speakers, Rako Wireless Lighting along with many accessories for electricians including Cat5 cable and crimpers.
